Washington D.C. Chapter Zoo Event

Bring your family and friends for a day at the National Zoo! We will meet inside the park at the Visitor Center at 9:30am. After exploring the Zoo, meet back up with your fellow Witt tigers for lunch at 12:00 noon in the picnic pavilion area. Plan to bring your own picnic lunch or purchase lunch from one of the zoo vendors. Entrance to the Zoo is free.

Playhouse in the Park

Join fellow Cincinnati alumni for A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, adapted by Howard Dallin, Thursday, December 4, 2014. The Greater Cincinnati Alumni Chapter will host a reception beforehand in the Overlook Lobby at 6 p.m. with the show beginning at 7 p.m.

The Playhouse's version of A Christmas Carol combines faithful storytelling with spellbinding stage magic to bring to life its familiar story of a sinner given one last chance at redemption by four persuasive ghosts. A Christmas Carol's heartwarming message, hundreds of costumes and thrilling special effects help to make the show one of the Playhouse's most popular productions each year.

Running Time: The show runs approximately 2 hours and 5 minutes, including one intermission.
